rate-payers to provide for the expansion of its existing
facilities. Moneys from the one-time assessment shall be deposited
into a special account, the funding of which shall not exceed three
hundred thousand dollars, to be used by public service districts for engineering, architectural and other expert service fees
charged by professional firms for the expansion of existing
facilities.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to provide for the
expansion of PSD services by allowing a one-time assessment on rate
payers to be used for the payment of professional service expansion
fees.
